I think the Obama plan goes something like this:
1. With no-nonsense planning and precision, undeterred by the mewling of Occupy-type hippies, the Russians efficiently take out terrorist strongholds, bolster Assad’s government and bring some sense of stability to war-torn Syria.
2. Obama issues a statement from the golf course taking credit for it.
