A '98er, and you STILL haven't figured out about the Uniparty, eh, Fred? The Libertarians have been talking about that since the 1970's. And guess what they control? 100% of F*ck All.
Like it or not, governing parties in the US have to put together coalitions. My beef is that the majority of the party -- conservatives -- are controlled by a minority. When YerBoy has gone down in flames -- or run off to put together his 18% popular vote Stealth Democrat Victory Party, maybe you'll come to whatever dim senses you have.
But it's unlikely.
