It’s simply following the rules in this civil society in which we’ve all agreed to be members.

Dear Jim,

I did not agree to be a member of the society you envision. You are trying to change the one to which I consened to one I do not.

The truly sorry part about it is that there is a significant percentage of Americans who actually agree with him.

Yep. They may only be about 2% of the population, but they have a huge number of normal people fooled.

Faggots ignored society’s rules for centuries.

“They may only be about 2% of the population, but they have a huge number of normal people fooled.”

Low information people are easily swayed by emotion and propaganda. Witness the Hillary supporters who hate Trump but love Trump’s tax plans when they are pitched as Hillary’s positions.

http://www.nytimes.com/2014/02/25/us/holder-says-state-attorneys-general-dont-have-to-defend-gay-marriage-bans.html?_r=1

Feb 24, 2014

WASHINGTON — Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. on Monday injected the Obama administration into the emotional and politicized debate over the future of state same-sex marriage bans, declaring in an interview that state attorneys general are not obligated to defend laws that they believe are discriminatory.

Mr. Holder was careful not to encourage his state counterparts to disavow their own laws, but said that officials who have carefully studied bans on gay marriage could refuse to defend them.

Six state attorneys general — all Democrats — have refused to defend bans on same-sex marriage, prompting criticism from Republicans who say they have a duty to stand behind their state laws, even if they do not agree with them.

“No one is above the law, Kim, not even you.”

That’s right. Kentucky has law on the books, a state constitutional amendment no less, that specifically prohibits her from issuing marriage licenses to same sex couples.

There is no Federal Law. Yeah, I know the “Supreme Court spoke”. Does any one else find it strange that 5 SCOTUS judges can nullify the will of a state’s popular vote on a state amendment?

Pope Francis said everyone, even a lowly county official like Kim Davis, has a right to be a conscientious objector and to refuse to participate in any way in a “gay” “marriage.”

because our love is equal.

Only to be badly outweighed by their hatred for those who disagree.

A few decades ago, a radio station in New York had a TV ad in which a guy who looks like Rodin’s The Thinker has his boom box and he’s turning the radio dial. The first thing he finds is a punk rock station where some woman is singing, “I love your eyes so much I want to poke them out. I love your legs so much I want to break tehm off.”

then he flips and lands on a country station. There’s a guy singing, “I want to marry my horse, but I can’t afford a bridal [bridle] suite.”

Suddenly, that isn’t quit as ridiculous as it sounds. (Funny, though.)

notice this guy is no Libertarian. His “rights” trump others. He’s not willing to live and let live.

So when I hear those on the Right express agreement for gay “marriage” I find they are naive and useful idiots carrying the water for the homonazis who aren’t interested in liberty for all

Calling this queer a man is an insult to men. Every male queer is by practice of their behavior a coprophiliac—someone obsessed with human excrement for sexual gratification.

So what is the law, Jim? Specifically?

It is inherently selfish, narcissistic and sexist.

And a mental and spiritual disorder.
