Unless people turn the app on its head and use it in ways that the creators never intended (Do you remember the Administration’s attempt to monitor critics of ObamaCare and how if failed hilariously?).

Sounds slanderous. Don’t see this going very far. They won’t be able to afford the lawsuits from people slandering the victims.
