White people are better at industrialization. Mass shootings require planning, thought, and a desire to see it through to the finish. Most black shooters are fueled by passion and a desire to get some payback right now. So their numbers (deaths per incident) are much lower.
They actually do but if a black person kills a bunch of black people, that isn’t news.
