Sixth Form is the traditional name given to the final year of English secondary schooling - think roughly equivalent to a High School senior in the US. In some places in England, it’s become quite common for these students to be in separate schools from younger students, which are often referred to as Sixth Form Colleges or Sixth Form Schools.
