Looks like a light complected black guy to me. But the important thing is his religion and if he was a radicalized Muslim and it looks like he was. There was a VERY suspicious period of time before this creep’s name was released. My guess is the Liar in Chief wanted to deliver his speech beforehand and they wanted to concoct a story about the creep.
