I call BS on this. The Pope made a statement condemning gay “marriage” prior to his visit, but the media didn’t report it.

Him seeing Kim Davis disrupted their narrative that he’s gay-friendly and eventually will cave, and so this came out.

Francis is stuck with a curia that’s at odds with itself, with Communism infecting a good number of the clergy. This was prophesied to happen.

I am no fan of Francis but your point is quite well taken. We are confronted with a selectively quoted pope which casts him in a false light. He is by no means perfect but he iws also not nearly as bad as he is made by the lame stream media to seem to be.
