The real interesting candidate is Amnestio polling at 5...Internet poll, but right in line with Morning Consult and Zogby which are also internet polls....have a great weekend everyone! I wonder if Trump’s going to drop an education bomb as well? That’d be fun before the next debate...

60 Minutes had 15 million viewers last Sunday so that appearance probably helped move the needle for Trump.

Go Trump. America is ready for a new type of leadership. Screw the professional politicians. I am involved in local politics and the people who live and breathe to gain power in politics, are mostly losers who could not do squat in the private sector.

I come from the private sector and work with CEOs and business executives and they can perform circles around politicians. They have vision, they get things done and make tough decisions all the time. Time for a business approach or nothing will change.

Trump has built a wall of support that is steadily growing and with his very serious proposals on Immigration, 2nd Amendment and Taxes he has solidified it. I don’t think some of his critics have really appreciated the scope of what Trump has at his disposal. The area I see him most weak is on foreign policy but that can be fixed with a policy release and I’m sure he is planning to do just that.

Those who have tried to cast Trump as a fool are really showing their own foolishness. The guy didn’t come back from the bring of financial ruin by accident. As for his favorability ratings for the general he has a lot up his sleeve and in reserve to help soften the public up again. We’ve seen very little of his wife and family. Also anyone who has taken time to watch one of his interviews can see how credible he comes off when he is let be himself in a non hostile environment. The media even though they should hate Trump also can’t help seeing him as a ratings and $$$ bonanza for them. He can’t be ignored.

I expect Trump’s game plan to continue to mature. I think if he makes it to NH with his voting block intact he will win both Iowa and New Hampshire and if he can do that I think Super Tuesday will be just a for gone conclusion because the South loves it some Trump. Whether you like him or not he clearly doesn’t have disdain for southerners or conservatives and that is one of the keys that he has that Romney nor Bush have. He makes the base feel valuable and respected and not just the base but a lot of forgotten Americans also. He talks to where they are and to their hopes, dreams, and stresses.

This is the area where the GOP-E have failed. They have literally used and abused their base. They have deceived and disappointed us. They act as though we are an inconvenience that must be tolerated. Trump, Carson, and others like Cruz who fight them have forever changed the game and I’m delighted to see this election season be the season of Outsiders.

On the other hand, Trump is down 7 points in the RCP average since the last debate. Still ahead, but a dramatic slip. Live by the poll, die by the poll.

“Amnesia”

I like that. I’ve been trying to figure out a nickname for him, and you nailed it.
