Maybe when he says he’s a conservative republican, maybe he was referring to the Irish Republican Army? He seemed to really like that group.
The “conservative Republican” reference came from his profile on a dating site. No doubt he thought that would get him a date faster than telling them he was a pill-head Satan worshiper.
I think he wrote conservative republican once on a profile page as a goof or to lure conservative women to him. No reason to believe he was any such thing.
