Oddest Cruz question I’ve heard yet. What makes you ask? I haven’t noticed a speech quality suggesting either a repaired cleft palate or velopharyngeal insufficiency, so I’m thinking “no.” That is, unless I’ve not paid close enough attention, which is entirely possible, lol.

I watch peoples mouths when they talk. His upper lip is a little distorted and to me his speech is also off.

One of my best friends has a cleft palate and it is almost impossible to detect.
