I think it is about time for the States to declare the opinions of the SCOTUS null and void in said state and they will not be enforced. Why not? Many are clearly unconstitutional and the Department of Injustice picks and chooses which laws to enforce. Do we have a Governor out there with any balls?

No. The federal government has confiscated them and placed them in a lock box for safekeeping. Can’t have governors and states acting like they have sovereignty.
