Turkey can fume all they want, but there’s no stopping a Putin determined to kick the sh-t out of the fruitcake American elected twice to be their president.

How embarrassing, but how damned predictable when a nation decides to commit mass suicide at election time.

The forcefulness of this statement leads me to believe the exact opposite is true.

Turkey is Sunni, ISIS is Sunni, Iran is Shiite.

Fanatics of a feather stick together?

I would LOVE, ABSOLUTELY LOVE to see the Russians shoot down a Turkish bomber as it attempts to bomb the Kurds who are the only effective on-ground opposition fighting and defeating ISIS. The Muslim Brotherhood-friendly Obama regime would be beside themselves.

The same Turkey who let ISIS pass through their borders?

That Turkey.

Like I would ever trust the Turks and how about the media trying all angles to denounce Russia killing ISIS to protect their fairy boy in the rainbow house.

Nah...it wouldn’t. This would involve shooting down Turkish jets as they engaged in offensive operations OUTSIDE THEIR COUNTRY against a group (the Kurds) that NATO hadn’t declared war against.

It may be news to some, but Turkey benefits from being a member of NATO vastly more than ANY other NATO member benefits from their membership.

Turkey is in NATO a hot war in Turkey would be a very bad thing. The increasingly Islamic Turkey needs to be ejected from NATO.

Turkey has been shitting all over other NATO members.

Turkey is the root of the conspiracy in sending an invasion force of Muslims to Europe under the guise of being ‘refugees’.

Turkey’s in NATO. If the Russians were to shoot down a Turkish aircraft that was protecting ISIS maniacs or attacking Kurds, would the US and Europe by treaty be obligated to join Turkey and Saudi Arabia to defend ISIS and slaughter Kurds?

“I would LOVE, ABSOLUTELY LOVE to see the Russians shoot down a Turkish bomber as it attempts to bomb the Kurds who are the only effective on-ground opposition fighting and defeating ISIS. The Muslim Brotherhood-friendly Obama regime would be beside themselves.”

Before WW1, few would have predicted that a single assassination could kill twenty-plus million people. It wasn’t the assassination that did it, but the desire on the part of other powers for a conflict. Each side thought they’d win and be home by Christmas.

Turkey is a NATO member. NATO and Obama have been tweaking Russia’s tail at every opportunity. It’s almost as if the leaders of NATO and Obama want a wider conflict. Surely we’d just kick in the front door and the entire rotten Russian building will come crashing down. (Quote from Adolf Hitler.)

I think we have gone so long without a real war that people in charge have forgotten what they are like. Nobody in power seems to realize that the war plan doesn’t survive first contact with the enemy because the enemy will instantly adapt. War has, for too long, seemed safe and bloodless for the western nations. For too long we’ve had no skin in the game. Pilots sit in office chairs a continent away and kill people on motorcycles. That’s the way those in power see war; as something they can cheaply dally in for fun and profit.

There was a good reason why, during the cold war, western leaders never said stupid things about Soviet leaders. There was a good reason to keep talking to those leaders despite their sometimes irrational and brutal behavior. As economically weak as the Soviets were they could have ended all civilization with the press of a button. Now, our leaders call Russian leaders weak or childish or say they’re on “the wrong side of history.”

Our leaders are ignoring history and behaving like children. We, the people, are in more danger now than during the Cuban Missile crisis. We have no cool, adult thinkers anywhere outside of Israel.

The Russians shooting down a Turkish bomber has the potential to be like the bullet that began World War One.
