Feral boars are pretty much inedible. Between chicken and hogs you left out rabbits. If you have a way to cheaply feed them.
Hmm...I thought the smaller wild hogs were OK.
Rabbits, then squirrels which are everywhere. I remember fried squirrel & homemade fries growing up.
