Can't really express how threatened I was, /s watching you tell a person who came to this thread to compliment your guy, "There you go.... see, you can be for Trump, and still stand by a proven conservative who fights for your values."

If she didn't know that, she wouldn't have come to do it.  None the less, you felt the need to instruct her.  Were you threatened?

Why would you think I had to follow your every post to run across this one?  I came in to view Ted's comments, liked them, and started reading responses.  That's when I came across CatsRUs' comment, and was surprised to see your snide response.    

Do you have any knowledge of the interchanges I’ve had with the poster to whom the comment was directed? Notice she didn’t reply. I assume she understood the comment in the context of out prior conversations.

Oh, I see, her showing up to give Cruz a compliment was something you needed to address in that way based on something she did that was wrong on another thread.  So you carry on arguments across threads when someone says something nice about your guy?

Glad to see you be so up front and honest about that.

Well, I may be small, but I don't make snide comments to people who drop by to pay compliments to people I support based on something they did on antoher thread.

I must be missing the point. I thought the nomination hinged on beating on your opponents, and on the first place challenger in the other party.

My vote for the nominee will hinge on more than just the candidate beating up the RINOs in the race for the nomination.

Beating up Boehner, McConnell, Hillary and Obama would also be a requirement for me.

Trump did go after Hillary again the other day.

As I said, I would like to hear Trump go after McConnell.

If the American Voters do not put a Trump/Cruz ticket together

Horrible, horrible ticket. I swore last time that I'd never again vote for anyone who wasn't truly conservative. Even with Ted Cruz, a solid and principled conservative as a running mate, Trump can't change what he is ... or rather what he isn't -- conservative. Few are fooled by his faux conservative leanings. No candidate who's conservative-ish for me ever again. Ever.

Republicans, nominate Trump at your own peril. BTW, I also say nominate Bush at your own peril. And anyone else who's not married to conservatism.

IMHO, it’s ludicrous to compare Trump’s ostensible political shift to Reagan’s. Reagan held an office for several years and proved his Conservatism during his time as Governor of CA. When has Trump ever truly been put to the test? Reagan became a Republican around 1962 and was elected in 1980. That’s an 18 year period in which he proved his worth as a Conservative. Three years ago, Trump wasn’t saying everything he’s saying now. I don’t understand why people are so gullible.
