The Russian supremo ordered the deployment of soldiers from his fearsome Spetsnaz unit to root out and eliminate packs of fleeing jihadis.
A battalion of elite paratroopers also ghosted into the war-torn country this week as Putin ramps up his assault on the Islamist fanatics and rebel forces fighting to topple dictator Bashar al-Assad.

this is what happens when one commits to win. They are committed to support their client statist Bashar and are doing it. Obami, not so much for anyone with whom we have any alliances. In fact this is easily traced back to one of his off the cuff quotes about an aliance: that happened before I was born. IOW, if it did not happen after the great hatching in Kenya, it does not count.
Putin obviously read about Patton’s philosophy: attack attack attack. Not saying I like the KGB colonel but one has to admire his tactics: sighted enemy, sunk them.

Everyone is worried that Putin will defeat ISIS and then things will get much worse in that putrid cesspool called the middle East. What difference does it make? Really, what difference does it make.
Those people over there are nothing more than barbaric animals and when one social group is defeated another will arise. The thing to know is that they are Muslim...and the Koran is their guiding light that has kept them in the dark ages since it was written...and nothing is going to change, for it hasn’t since the 6th century.
