Several black leaders addressed Democratic state legislators Friday at the State Innovation Exchange in Washington, D.C.
"Thinking about decriminalization with reparations," Marbre Shahly-Butts, deputy director of racial justice at the Center for Popular Democracy, said. "The idea is we that have extracted literally millions of dollars from communities, we have destroyed families. Mass incarceration has led to the destruction of communities across the country. We can track which communities, like we have that data. And so if we're going to be decriminalizing things like marijuana, all of the profit from that should go back to the folks we've extracted it from." That comment received widespread applause from the crowd of Democratic state legislators. Shahly-Butts was referring to decriminalizing more than drug crimes, but also loitering, bans on saggy pants and thousands of other laws that disproportionately affect blacks.

That solution was applied on a much smaller scale, with the founding of the nation of Liberia, in Africa. Freed slaves were sent back to Africa, on a volunteer basis, and they set up a government on the lines of the Constitutional Republic of The United States of America.
It sort of thrived for a few decades, then slid backwards into third world status, from which it has not emerged. Today it is pretty much a strongman dictatorship.

We didn’t do a damn thing. We didn’t decide to break the law knowing the possible consequences. We didn’t destroy families with an out of wedlock birthrate birthrate near 75%. We didn’t decide education wasn’t important. We didn’t own or import slaves either.

Reparations have already been paid. They’ve been paid in the form of Affirmative Action, minority scholarship programs, government contract set-asides for black owned businesses, low interest mortgage programs for minority home buyers, and corporate grants to the UNCF, Urban League, and NAACP, just to name a few examples. Reparations have been paid, and have been paid many times over.

One of the dirtiest little secrets is that Africans despise black Americans. Even British and Brazilian blacks turn their noses up at blacks here in America.
I have no problem with that so long as white victims of black crime are paid first.
Seems like they’re asking the wrong party.

Lincoln killed 900,000 and wounded one million of his fellow Americans for them- not to speak of all the welfare they’ve been privilege to through the years.
Time to give blacks a choice:
1. Stay in America and become Americans.
2. Take $10,000 and a bologna sandwich lunch and return to your beloved Africa.
