The stunning part is that during the Willy Clinton years, FR was a wonderful refuge from the storm. A place you could meet real conservatives, get the truth out and know, at least in part, that you weren’t alone.

What kills me are the hypocrites. They find a single issue on a candiated and act like a dog with a bone. But have no problem when their preferred candidate votes to void the constitution by surrendering congressional powers to an anti-American president. Not once, but twice.

Quite true. FR has become much more of a battleground, rather than a refuge, as its grown over the years.

It is unbelievable that so many FReepers find ways to rationalize position that are so blatantly not conservative and which they would be (rightly) quick to condemn in a Democrat.

Such a large number of FReepers supporting a northeastern RINO is the stuff of parodies.
