I am getting so cynical that I think that McCarthy did this at the behest of the DC Cartel to help Hillary.
This was such a bone headed move.
Or maybe, it was a Boehner-headed move.

Oddly enough, it may end up helping the GOP if it keeps Hillary in the race a bit longer. She is much weaker than Biden at this time.
