Russia has proposed sharing the coordinates of possible ISIL targets with the US-led anti-ISIL coalition, but has not received a response, Colonel-General Andrei Kartapolov, head of the Main Operations Directorate of the Russian General Staff, told media at a press briefing on Wednesday.
"This means that either our partners do not have such coordinates, or that they for some reason do not want us to hit these targets. The reason for this remains unclear to us," Kartapolov said, cited by RIA Novosti.

Just did a quick search.
Can’t find anything but European Union Times as a source.
So it may or may not be true.
It wouldn’t surprise me if it was knowing how the resident is.
Why is the Iranian nuclear deal such a sell-out of American interests? Because China and the Neo Soviet Empire® secretly told us they were going to pull the rug out from under the sanctions, and we'd better take the deal they offered.
Putin is a KGB thug and murderer, and his stench is all over a good part of the mischief in this world. I don't expect you to wise up, tovarisch, but I won't stand by while you and your Russkie dimwit buddies propagate your lies on Free Republic.
And thank you friend.
Our media is incredibly biased for the great majority of the time. There are dissenting voices, conservative media and they can give their view and we can choose them.
And there are those that spout the liberal or administration line - but they do so willingly. It’s a shame they do, but they have a choice; though they make a bad one.
This is the difference in our unique constitutional system. We do not have government controlled media. (We still have those who *choose* to spout the government line.)
Here’s an article from a couple of months back that gives some insight into what media is like in Russia where there is no choice:
You could also look up Russian dissidents to get an idea of what opposing the government is like in Russia.
We have to know and understand our enemy. Propaganda and disinformation is a key part of their strategy and they are masters at it. It is quite evil when you see its workings. It corrupts and destroys from within, turning Russia’s enemies upon themselves. That’s it’s goal and we have to know that.
I really do appreciate your courteous reply and that we can discuss and sometimes disagree without being disagreeable.
thank you.
They will only tell as much of the truth as necessary to suit their purposes, and not one word more.
Yes, and if things weren’t so dire it would be amusing. They could be feigning ignorance with these questions (answers they already know) in a bid perhaps to diplomatically declare that what most of us believe about this admin is true!
Um, maybe because Obama is on ISIS’ side?
Thanks very much for your effort. I did a search for the European Union Times on this subject and the article I found sources:
"The Federal Security Services (FSB) is reporting today that an American black-Islamist terror suspect, who yesterday committed an act of mass murder in the State of Oregon (United States), had been included on a list of 87,000 known/suspected Islamic terrorists that the Central Intelligence Agency"This article's only sources are the FSB and Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR). Both are Russian government.
Here is an article that details the source in more depth.
"if you trace the sources in the article it will come back to an article wrote by Sorcha Faal. Fall is a fictitious person that writes fictitious work."Thanks very much for your reply.
Putin is a monster. But I also trust him more than Obama.
Obama makes it so easy for Putin, it's so disgusting. We have to say: we don't trust Obama, but we don't trust Putin either. And go from there.
Before I call it a night, I have to tell you a bit of my history.
Way back, long before the fall of the Soviet Union, I had an ongoing argument with my brother. My position was that human beings innately struggle for freedom; the USSR was fighting a battle against human nature that it had to eventually lose.
His position was, no, Russia had them under its boot securely. They have too much power and skill in suppression an control. The subjects of the USSR would never escape.
When Poland threw off the yoke, the fall of Berlin came and the USSR fell, I had an "I told you so moment."
But now I see Putin has put the boot back on their necks.
But I still think I'm right, eventually.
Goodnight FRiend.
“the reason for this remains unclear to us”.
The reason is Obunhole don’t want you blowin up his buddies, you dumb Russki.
Of course not. Omuslim doesn’t want his bros killed.
Meanwhile back at thewhite house,
Obammy is hosting parties for his fag friends.
Odumbo doesn’t have the balls to go after ISIS in cooperation with the Russians.
Lol, the Russian's revealing their purpose might not serve their purpose. Interesting parties have to make their own assessments as to their purpose.
But the Russians are probably being truthful concerning bombing coordinates and information necessary to avoid encounters between Russian and US planes. They say they made an offer to the US and got no response. These situations could well be ones where telling the truth serves their purposes.
I agree completely. See #75.
I think you're misreading the reason behind Obama's lack of response. After all, he had no problem sending troops to Africa to hunt down the (anti-Muslim) Lord's Resistance Army.
He told us right up front how he'd deal with these situations. Wrote it in his book.
Unless their purpose is to continue their disinformation campaign that their purpose in greatly increasing their military presences is to fight ISIS (for the good of the West and the World) - and not to help Assad and Iran, the world's largest supporter of state-sponsored terrorism, while exercising greater control over the Middle East.
If that is their purpose, then folks accepting something false as true furthers their purpose.
I think most understand what the Russians overall purpose is in the Middle East, but what they are trying to accomplish with their various communications with the US is less clear.
