"Does Donald Trump really want to be President?" That's usually followed immediately by another: "When is he going to drop out?" The truth is, only The Donald knows - but he certainly says he wants to be President.
If you don't take him by his word, consider his actions.
First, there's his schedule. On tap for this week, Waterloo, Iowa, Las Vegas, Nevada and Atlanta, Georgia. Sure he isn't doing three stops a day like the other candidates, but he never did. And yes, he doesn't have to sleep in unfamiliar hotel rooms, drag his luggage through airports, or cram into commercial flights, but the campaign trail is grueling nonetheless. It's hard to argue a 69 year-old would spend the last three months hop-scotching America's small towns for the fun of it.
Secondly, there's his staff. Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski has told NBC News from day one that the campaign is going to the convention and "Mr. Trump will be on the ballot in every state."
In order to do that, they need organization and they have it in at least eight states.
In Iowa he has a dozen full time staffers, including Chuck Laudner, a seasoned Iowa political operative who ran Rick Santorum's shoestring Presidential campaign to a victory in the Hawkeye State four years ago.
Not just staff, but ground game.
Today, in Waterloo, there was a big shift in focus and a big sign that the campaign is buckling down. Laminated signs dotted around the ballroom not of Trump's face or name, but of caucus instructions and tips on how to be an effective precinct captain.

FoxNews is sad...their Not-So-Special Report panel will have to keep working over time for more spin about how Trump is just so bad.
Steve Hack, er, Hayes can’t see straight, anymore....he has to keep getting new glasses....his lenses keep turning red.
The numbers he has been putting up with the amount of attacks he has had directed at him is amazing. Those of you who have been watching primaries for a while (most of FR) know that we are seeing something special.
Heaven forbid Governor Bush had a sustained lead like this in the polls the chorus for the others to drop out would be deafening. Because of Trump, Bush is a non factor, for that alone I'm thankful.
The crowded field has just lead to the media and elite being confused at who next to prop up and in doing they lost valuable time and money.
More voters tuned into this race way earlier than I can recall in previous primaries, Trump hooks them in as twitter followers and updates them everyday - keeping them engaged in the soap opera (primary).
There are many reasons why Trump resonates but we can already see him everyday making America great again right in front of our very eyes.
His message is clear and his solutions are solid
I think its time to coalesce around Trump and then begin to hammer the left - we have our cudgel
Its getting pretty obvious - America is putting Trump first because Trump is putting America first.
I'm still laughing from last night, when I saw a lead-in to a new campaign ad from Jeb which shows Jeb “running” into a room filled with supporters! ROTFL.
Of course, his advisers now have Jeb “running” ONLY because Donald Trump has managed to label Jeb “low energy...LOL.
...what if I say p-l-e-a-s-e?.....
That's so true.....for sure, Donald's not gonna put up w/ that much longer (/snix).
Jeb? Running (to greet his 24 followers)?
Guy must be swilling down steroids by the gallon.
Anybody check Jeb’s red blood cell count lately?
Nope. Hes ours!
