Trump is the master of leverage, if someone could figure out how to do that, he’d probably be that someone. Mexico would be finagled into providing the labor and materials.
Deduct the cost from foreign aid to Mexico.
Hungary put theirs up in days and it’s worked. it’s not meant to be permanent but the armed guards make up for that ;)

The same people who believe the wall is impossible have no problem paying $68 Billion for 568 miles of light rail in California....which for some reason is no problem.
A “wall” could consist of an adequate number of border patrol agents empowered to do their job.
