LSU and Baton Rouge did their best to make the South Carolina team feel at home, providing half their band, turning over the proceeds from the game, flying their flag, and playing their fight song. However, once the second quarter started, they still played football. South Carolina was one of the first to respond to Mississippi and Louisiana after Katrina. People don’t forget.

Fournette is the bomb though! He could kick Ohio State arse all by himself.

SC played their best of the year. It wasn’t nearly good enough. Louisiana remembers the help they get from out of state electrical workers and such after storms. They know the loss of flooding. They know, as the SC team seemed to know, that playing your best to make them proud is one of the best things you can do for your fans. Come’on man! LSU even showed they could pass the ball in that game.
