Been in the Dem party since both of us were old enough to vote. And while it’s a fact that I’m ashamed of what the Dem party has proven itself to be since at least 2008, that’s not the main reason I’m switching. After all, I think the Rep party is every bit as scummy as the Dems, and on those very rare occasions when I DO support a given politician, it’s usually a Dem. So nope… my only reason for switching (as opposed to just dropping ALL party affiliation) is a guy named Donald Trump.
We want to be able to do whatever we can to help him, come primary day. And the more the MSM status quo pols (of both parties) try to pull this garbage on Trump, the stronger my support for him becomes. And I highly doubt I’m alone in that feeling. So CONGRATS Trump-haters… you’re just making Donald’s support all that much broader and stronger!”
