Do we even have $500 bills anymore?

I know Grover Cleveland was on a $1,000 bill but those bills aren’t printed anymore.

I thought $100 was the biggest bill nowadays??

Oh well, with inflation in our future, we could see $1,000,000 bills and that million dollar note will buy a gallon of gas or a loaf of bread.

I miss the $500 and the $1000.

Of course, I miss having money.

Cosmo Kramer: You keep your big bills on the outside.

Seinfeld: That’s a $5.

I think the game Monopoly still does and that is about what our currency is becoming -- Monopoly money.

Large bills were withdrawn during WW2. Old $500 bills are still around, and they are legal, but if they make their way to a bank they will be withdrawn.

They are worth more as a collector item.
