If accept that George W Bush gave us Barack Obama, then Donald Trump will give us Oprah Winfrey.
Trump may not have been in the military but he was Brigade Commander of the NY military academy.
We can’t trust Trump, but we can trust a guy who is more loyal to Mexico, and illegal aliens than he is to America and Americans. That makes no sense to me.
I think we are past turning on Trump. Jeb will just sink lower if/when he criticizes Trump. We, who are angry, lump Jeb with the GOP and it won’t work to go negative at this point. Jeb, you don’t have a chance.. the GOP has done it this time ... it’s over.
The ones I am still standing with are Trump, Carson and Cruz. All 3 are the ones who have not turned on each other and who are the most conservative... and 2 are not in Washington... Cruz has been fighting against the GOP cartel for a long time.. they don’t like him in the GOP... so he’s on good ground.

I think he was a supply sgt but it was the third highest rank in the school. So the guy at least has a working knowledge of military protocol and discipline. Jebbie not so much. :-)

BTW a quickie search will find his military academy classmates having only good things to say about Trump...
Trump arrived at the New York Military Academy in 1959 and graduated in 1964, and in that short period of time rose through the ranks of the academy becoming one of the highest ranked cadets and winning several awards.
Trump was a standout athlete in soccer, football, and baseball. Trump’s roommate Arthur Schoenewaldt believes that Trump was so good at baseball that he could have played professionally saying, “He was intelligent, he presented himself well, he was athletic. I even heard from some of the coaches and stuff he could have played professional baseball.”
My thoughts exactly. Yeb is so unintelligent he doesn’t know that by bringing up another’s fitness to lead the military he’s highlighting his own unfitness to lead. We dodged a bullet: he’s not smart enough to unleash his amnesty by becoming POTUS.
