Yes! I just listened to a podcast about that. If people want to know how bad it can get, look at the real history and current circumstances of white people trapped in SA under communist, black rule.

These people were forced to build their "homes" with no foundations on top of a garbage dump. (if this is the same story, I am assuming it is. Despite all the problems that comes with building on a dump, when the rains came, the houses, because they had no foundation began slipping away. Somehow, someone offered to donate the materials to build solid foundations and the SA government said "no, they could not do it".
