Well, when you are about to get raped (reason enough) by a thug who has also just said “I’m going to have to kill you”, you tend to abandon a more civilized approach (like “please get off me young man” or “no means no”) and revert to more basic, even monkey-like, methods of defending yourself. Kicking, biting (including any invasive anatomy part of the rapist), scratching .... all are allowed.
