I genuinely liked the guy when he was running. Jeb lacks that joy and charisma.
W seemed to have a cute sense of humour. Personally, I like him. I get the feeling that Jeb is more of an entitled type of person, not much personality, and a little annoyed that the country is jumping on the Jeb train.
