Nah, folks go... but if you are going to do something that harkens back to a TV series in the 80s or 90s or whenever it was, if you want the fans to show up, even just for curiosities sake you have to at least TRY to stick with the source material no matter how crazy that source material may be... not just stick the name on some movie to try to draw them in, and then make a movie that has nothing to do with it. (JEM)

As to “Steve Jobs” seriously what was the studio thinking? A movie about him was done about him a few years ago... what reason is there to go see another one a few years later?

Paranormal Activity... what movie is this in that series? Not my genre to begin with, but for the most part these are some of the most BORING films I have ever tried to watch... amazed they keep making them.

Rock the Kasbah??? Seriously, trying to ride Bill Murray to box office cash? Don’t get me wrong, I like the guy, but his fan base isn’t going to show up at a movie... when is the last time he’s lead in a movie that made any money?

“Last Witch Hunter” another live forever between living and undead/evil... nothing unique here... but these movies usually at least get the teen kids to show up.

Basically a week of weak crap.... got weak results.

“A movie about him was done about him a few years ago... “

From IMDB.com:

Steve Jobs (2015)
Jobs (2013) aka “Steve Jobs”
Steve Jobs: The Man in the Machine (2015)
Steve Jobs: iGenius (2012)
Steve Jobs: One Last Thing (2011) (TV Movie)

The guy died in late 2011, and in just 4 years we’ve had 5 movies about him plus a half-dozen major TV episodes.
Who thought this particular one would be a hit? and why?
