A simple majority vote of the House is needed to impeach.

Then a 2/3 vote of the Senate to convict in a Senate trial, is required to remove him from the job.

I know the 2/3rd vote is required for conviction of an impeached President. I was not sure for a lesser office holder. I’l reread the Constitution.
