An outspoken black sheriff has made the harrowing claim that Black Lives Matter activists will eventually join forces with the Islamic State terror group to bring down the United States.
“Before long, Black Lies [sic] Matter will join forces with ISIS to [bring] down our legal constituted republic. You heard it first here,” Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke tweeted to his 96,400 followers on Tuesday.
“I have been right on every call I have made about these subversives. I will be right again,” he added.

Interesting, there is quite a difference between waster and destroyer unless think of waster as one who lays waste to things, like the burnt earth policy of Hussein (either one). NKJV, NIV, NASB and ESV all use destroyer.

I will try to check my Hebrew dictionary tonight (if I have time), but both John Gill and Matthew Henry referenced it in terms that would have been more applicable to a 'waster' (riotous living). I am not sure about Henry (he might have just dealt with the English translation), but I am pretty sure Gill would have consulted the original language.
I agree, Destroyer and Waster have different connotations. You can align them if you try: 'Wasting someone else's life would align to Destroyer', or 'Destroying one's own wealth would align to Waster' -- but it requires a stretch.
