The video indicates that at first something is happening (brawl?, single shot from a handgun?) that draws the crowd’s interest and they move toward the parking lot then suddenly the crowd is running away from the parking lot and diving for cover. As with the Don Carlos’ video, it looks like a bomb went off.

I saw that. And it could well be that it was an accidental discharged caused by poor weapon handling IMHO.

Yes, the same effect as if a bomb had gone off. The bomb, almost certainly, is the BATF and supporting state/local LEO opening fire on the bikers. I’d “un-ass” the area quickly myself had I been there.

CNN Releases Alleged Twin Peaks Video/Photos
In reference to the CNN release of video and crime scene photographs that appear to be from the Twin Peaks Incident, neither Waco Police Department nor the McLennan County District Attorney Office released those to any media outlets.
CNN has stated that “they†put the Waco Police Department graphic at the top of the video which indicated we released it. Again, we did not. They have now removed that graphic as the video is not attributed to us and CNN is in the process of updating their sites.
There is a small pool of individuals that include defense attorneys who had access to the information through discovery. The party responsible for providing the released video and photographs may be subject to ethical and legal issues for doing so.
The Waco Police Department remains under a Judges Gag-order and as such we are restricted to releasing additional information on the Twin Peaks Investigation.

Indeed. Not sure if he’s stupid or completely self-controlled. While everyone else is freaking out, he knows (?) he’s not a deliberate target and as likely as anyone to get hit, considering rounds flying in random directions.

This CNN "video" is a real mishmash. I do wonder who the man is who came into the (near empty) restaurant and fired a shot from his handgun, as well as what his intended target was.

One thing that has happened in Whatcom County, following a national trend is the takeover of interstate trafficking by the cartels. Local sets of MS-13 would be on the first couple tiers to of the retail level. Definitely "local" labor for bigger, more powerful organizations. There is a reason at the bottom of Alabama Hill that Texas Street becomes "Tejas" Street. The county is over run with illegals that aren't associated with farming.

Every responsible individual and agency is under a gag order. Someone has released this video, presumably by someone subject to the gag order. That means that someone has decided to ignore the gag order, and that by taking that extra legal action is in their best interest despite the clearly risk.
This snapshot shows a very narrow perspective of what happened that day, and was released in order to advance a particular narrative. I don’t think that it advances the police narrative at all.
