He needs to pack it up and focus on being Governor.

Vitter is the worst person to run for Governor. We actually might lose this one to a Democrat who is pro-gun and pro-life who doesn’t wear diapers when having sex. Interesting.

There is an you-tube video of Edwards bragging about supporting Obama, which is a contradiction to your statement about him being pro-gun and pro-life.

Perhaps you missed this when it was discussed. You may not have been a FREEPER at the time. Sorry you missed the boat on this one. Perhaps its time to catch up on knowing your politicians. I know there are many but being that we are on a political website, you should not have the excuse of not knowing how they are.

I certainly did hear about the scandal. The revelation came just after he became a senator and went to Washington. My take on it at the time was that he was approached for blackmail and, not having completely destroyed his moral compass, told them to go to hell. You don’t think that “they” didn’t try? There was a celebrated case in the 19th century in England when an aristocrat was approached and threatened with publication of a similar scandal unless he paid up. He said, “Publish and be damned!” They published and when the public found out, they laughed.
I cannot understand that kind of behavior. However, his wife stayed with him, evidently forgave him; she is obviously a neat, nice woman, so I am forced to believe he stopped that kind of stupidity.
He won re-election for the Senate after it came out, and he votes conservatively.
I am not in any mood to reward Obama’s crime organization that the Democrat party is, and add to its momentum by allowing them to exploit an election victory in a red state, just on account of that situation.
Edwards and the Democrat party remind me of the metaphor about picking up a stick. You can’t pick up one end without picking up the other.
Good points. I just hate Republicans especially so called conservatives making the party look like a fool. We seem to have way more stupid sex creeps in our party then the Democrats. I mean they have them but ours are just over the top. Hasert what a disgrace.
His term is practically over. Maybe he should focus on his stamp collection.
Edwards is a communist. He's in the planned parenthood party so obviously he doesn't give much of a damn about abortion. His party is lead by Obama and Hillary and locally lead by Mitch Landrieu and the Black power movement.

I would say Bobby Jindal could hit the lecture circuit after his term is over, and he still may, but wow, I never thought I’d meet someone with less stage presence than Dr. Ben Carson.
