I don’t think that is accurate. Doesn’t stand to reason Trump would only get 4% of the second place votes.
Carson would have had to get 32% of them.

He slapped that up, because he had to replace this bit of old news. Note the claim. Trump has been over 30% for months now.
Limiting it to the WSJ poll perhaps, but this isn't exactly on the up and up. Carson shouldn't be making claims like this.
Most folks will see it as shady. I believe it is.
