The #1 drink at my house and probably the healthiest, is water. We use bottled water because of its convenience in cooling We have a refrigerator in our garage dedicated to bottled water and we go through it like it was...............water.
My second favorite is whole milk or Half&Half and before anybody tells me “that stuff will kill you”, know this, I’m already too old to die young. I’m just following the example set by my 95 year old mother.
When I have my cholesterol checked, my doc doesn’t tell me “it’s fine” the word he uses is “perfect” and to keep doing whatever I’m doing.
It’s in the genes.
The down side of Half&Half is that it’s around $8 per gallon.
That stuff will kill you! :)
