I would suspect HERO isn’t dead. Do believe Sylvester Turner supports it so we’ll see. Glad to see Patrick’s presence in speaking out against it. Also don’t believe Porker will go silently into the night and that we’ll hear more from other social organizations as well as the Greater Houston Partnership aka Chamber of Commerce. Businesses better batten down their hatches to protect themselves from set-ups and subsequent lawsuits. This group will not go quietly into the night.
