Actually, after Quintanilla got his head handed to him, he chided Cruz for not answering the question. Cruz then said he’s be glad to answer it - right then - but Quintanilla wouldn’t let him - kept shutting him down -

He was told he had 30 seconds, used it and then when told he had used his time.

Thirty seconds from the conclusion of Quintantilla's 30 second warning would have been 1:42. It was at between 1:45 and 1:46 when he was interrupted and told that he was not apparently going to answer.
