I lived in Ham-town or a while until the Catholic school on the corner of my block got bought by Muslims.
The amplified Call to Prayer at 5:00 am scared the crap out of me the first day.
Next day there were guys with chisels removing the edifice of the Four Evangelists from the front of the building.
When school opened all the boys were out playing with about 300 Men milling around. Not really doing anything just milling.
I moved out a few weeks later.
Alas, No more Periogis, Pickle soup, or Duck’s Blood Soup for me.
