Hard to say. The left is so entrenched that I think they would assassinate any really effective opposition leader. Much like the left did with old Huey Long in the 1930’s.
This time Merkel is whipping them into a frenzy by flooding them with muslims. Of course they will reject Merkel's leadership, but some wild-eyed leader will step into the vacuum shortly.

I believe that every bloodlined German must own an item constructed by the factory in Solingen, and kept keen, clean, and accessible.

The article and the book it references suggest that Merkel was “closer to the communist apparatus and its ideology than previously thought.” Sounds rather like they were as clueless about Merkel as some of us were/are about Obama, does it not?

The same thing happened in the run up to WWII. A large portion of Americans had no idea what was going on "over there".
One can argue, as the Democrats do, that “fences make bad neighbors” or argue, as bought-out Republicans sometimes do on this site that “fences can be breached”, but NO ONE can argue that stopping the flow of millions of fighting-aged men into a country, or continent, is “going to start a war”.
As far as I’m concerned, unless this is translated wrong or reported incorrectly, Merkel is now SENILE and the German people need to DEMAND HER RESIGNATION, or impeachment (assuming they have that process).

If true WOW! However, in the United States the left has almost gained complete control over our Society. Every major institution, including but not limited to, churches, academia, business, government and media is leftists dominated. The left is now consolidating their control.

Oh, it’s true. Der Spiegel and other foreign news outlets in Great Britain, Canada, Australia, Korea and elsewhere were reporting on things relating to Bill Clinton (Mena, Whitewater, Webster Hubbell, etc.) well before the 1992 election, but not a word from the U.S. media. I worked closely with some foreign Army officers back in the late 80s/early 90s and they were incredulous that we elected Bill Clinton...
