Clinton Signed NDA Laying Out Criminal Penalties for Mishandling of Classified Info

Dem presidential candidate and top aides signed NDAs warning against 'negligent handling' of classified information.

As the nation's chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that "negligent handling" of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for "any unauthorized disclosure" of classified information.

Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.

"I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation," the agreement states.

Democrats are above the law that governs mortals and Republicans. Look at Bill Clinton, Obama, Charlie Wrangle and a host of others. Even if Hillary was charged (which she won't be) and convicted (no WA DC Jury packed with government handout Democrats would), she would have a shiny new Presidential Pardon from the Big Zero allowing her to get away Scott-free!

The status of corruption that passes for justice in this county is approaching that of a banana republic very quickly.

At just about any other time in this countries history someone like Hillary would be taken aside by the political party leadership and told to step down and retire quietly. But she and others who feel just they are equally above the law are the political leaders. How truly sad.

Maria Eva Duarte de Peron had a great deal more flair and panache. Also had the good grace to die young, before the tarnish came upon her name.

Hillary will take herself, the Clinton' 'name' and the whole Democrat party down with her. Hillary's only concern is the chance she might get away with it - - the 'thrill high' so many criminals have...

-——Clinton’s private email server——

Was the system one that ran a mail program with numerous accounts connected to an Internet service provider serving the domain

Was the system connected directly to the internet serving only the Clinton Domain?

Not Leavenworth.

The Supermax facility in Florence, Colorado, which is probably the only prison from which no gang of Democrat operatives could break Herself out of.

Herself would never see the earth’s horizon again. or know which direction in which her steps take her while being marched along by a bevy of powerful guards. Or even what time of day it is.

Ok... so maybe she won’t end up in prison (where she so justly belongs), but how ‘bout somebody with some horsepower just suspend her security clearance....

PLEASE???....

suspend her security clearance

She was probably never given an official clearance. There is a rather LONG form you have to fill out with more information than she would be willing to give (financial, associates etc.).

So what?

Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, from the president on down to the local dog catcher is not going to do a single damn thing about it.

If they were, the woman would have already been in prison, and this would be old news.
