So what does Obama do? Come out after the fact, and announce he’s canceling it.

All the environmental donations he recieved prohibited him from ever passing it (Trump doctrine). Anyone that thought he actually would pass it was naive.

Is that what happened? I think I read that Canada was threatening to do just that a couple of weeks ago but I was not aware they had announced it.
