The fact that the Demon Rats think they HAVE TO WOO black voters tells you that they are worried.

The Dims aren’t “wooing black voters,” they take them for granted and expend all their energies trying to convince illegal aliens to risk jail time by voting illegally too.
Meanwhile, here in Texas at least the latinos who ARE eligible to vote do so in very low numbers
