By the thinking of the Atlanta authorities, there are no “innocent owners”. Every owner, whether the weapon was legally acquired or not, is guilty of harboring thoughts of being “uppity” and taking over from duly constituted police power, the right to defend life and property.
No one is allowed to dismiss the power and grandeur of the authority of the city, its constables, and its magistrates.
