So in other words, nothing will be done until Obama is out.

John Roberts will cave:

I'm sure a lot of people know about all of this, but it should come out, so obuma can't hold things over people's heads for what he wants....

If you know something more, let the people see it, course our media is in the pocket of the muzzy pResident, so take it for what it's worth....

I guess that's why obuma locked up everything on him, he wouldn't be in the U.S. if we knew, he would be in a mud hut in Kenya....

We need to accept the fact that the Supremes merely parrot the current thinking of the elite and twist up a pretzel to make it appear to be constitutional.

It has been like that for generations and I do not see it changing short of some people getting appointed who value the Constitution or the abolition of the SC. I vote for the latter.

It’s not so much declining the case as refusing to accept it.

It takes four Justices to accept a case. I’m guessing that the four Liberal justices agree to accept it, so it will be accepted.

HOWEVER, I think the Admin will lose. Roberts and Kennedy may have gone the wrong way on many decisions, but they have been unswerving in defense of the Courts perogative to MAKE those decisions.

The Obama Admin has been throwing the middle finger at the Judicial branch with it’s behavior here. We may believe that the Supreme Court has become Obama’s prison b*tch, but ruling in the Admin’s favor on this will remove all doubt of it.

I don’t see Roberts and Kennedy as willing to cross that particular line.

They know that SCOTUS is in their back pockets.

I'm not convinced it is.

An outside catalyst had been introduced, the path forward is no longer free of obstacles for the Justices.

Wrong. This is why Cruz should be President!

Do you suppose that the “wise Latina” and others are going to want to give President Cruz or President Trump or ... the power to rewrite immigration law?

Or rather, the conservatives on the bench may feel much better.

What blackmail material?

The story goes something like this:
Roberts' two children were adopted in Brazil. I believe, but are of Irish descent. Irish law expressly forbids the manner in which they were adopted and, should this come to light, conceivably they could be taken from Roberts. 0bama reportedly has full details and has used this in the past to coerce Roberts.

If the Supremes take this case and betray the country again, you can be sure they will be term-limited henceforth.
