I wonder whether this could be solved by individual states and counties/parishes passing blanket laws that state that all who are convicted of offenses and sentenced to jail or prison shall be placed in the prison system based on the gender of the offender at the time of his or her birth. ??
The reason that we need CONSERVATIVES in the White House is so that they can APPOINT JUDGES that will sex offenders, like this animal, to be put out of their misery, rather than having to cost their state governments MILLIONS OF DOLLARS.
(and sorry, Trump counts as a conservative, at least in regard to judges)
