Frankly, the guy had a lot of balls because he stood up and said that the First Amendment rules. Most gutless administrators would have been cowed by the loudmouth, and never would have uttered a peep about the First Amendment. It may have been easier to avoid this feces fracas to just keep quiet. Hats off to the courageous.
Remember the old saying “Might does not make right”? We all agree on that.
Perhaps we need to bring that up to date to “neither megaphones nor the largest twitter campaign make right”.
