My post #62 was a specific example of how big-city school districts are looking to purge their upper administration of whites, and in particular of white males.

For what it's worth, that city is near me. It is about 50% white, so it's fair to assume that roughly 25% of the population is male and white. Yet not a single upper administrator in the district is white and male. I checked.

White liberals are “disinvesting” in the inner-city schools by allowing the administrations to become primarily black and minority. They know a losing proposition when they see it, i.e., if black students are going to fail, then let black administrators take the blame.
