I will never vote for Trump.
Trump voted for Clinton in ‘92 and ‘96, and he voted for Kerry in 2004.
Problem is, I also don’t believe the sudden election year conversion of Ted Cruz on immigration.
Just words - Cruz will betray us on immigration just like every other GOP leader has.
I’m not saying that anybody is perfect on every topic, but Cruz says he will enforce the law, and that’s good enough for me.
BTW, the Guardian is a despicable leftist rag. That is why I quoted it, it is not going to be carrying water for Ted Cruz.
I know that excerpt you quote. Trump says he will deport them all, but those are just empty words unless we are electing a new Hitler who can order goon squads out into the night. Otherwise, he will have to follow the deportation laws.
Just like Ted Cruz says he will do.
I trust Ted Cruz more to do what he says he will do based on what he has done as Senator - just what he told us Texans who elected him that he would do.
