With terror situation still underway in Paris, President Obama said he didn’t want to speculate on who is responsible for the attacks. He is in full scrub-a-dub mode.

At least 18 people were killed as multiple shootings and explosions hit Paris Friday, police said.
Police also said there was an ongoing hostage crisis in the Bataclan concert hall in the French capital.
French President Francois Hollande formed a crisis cell after heading to the interior ministry in the wake of the attacks.
Earlier, The Associated Press quoted French police officials as saying that an explosion went off in a bar near a Paris stadium as a shootout erupted in a restaurant in the French capital.
BFM television said there were several dead in the restaurant shooting in the 10th arrondissement of the capital.
Two police officials confirmed the shooting but had no information about casualties.
One of the police officials said there was a separate explosion near the Stade de France north of Paris. It was unclear if the events were linked.
An Associated Press reporter in the stadium heard two explosions loud enough to penetrate the sounds of cheering fans. Sirens were immediately heard, and a helicopter was circling overhead.

Josh Earnest, the White House press secretary, said in a briefing Thursday that while the administration was continuing to examine responses to a refugee crisis that has overwhelmed Europe in recent days, the president has decided to raise the number of Syrian refugees admitted to at least 10,000 in the fiscal year beginning in October from fewer than 2,000 this year.
